Full Stack Web Development Academy

For our Full Stack Web Development Academy, we assess our students at the following times throughout the course:

  • Admissions Training Camp (ATC) - Week 1: We give out continuous assessments throughout the week consisting of short exercises on the material taught that day. There is a required admissions interview with our Student Advisor during the week. At the end of the week, students will know if they are accepted into the No Cure - No Pay program.

  • Weeks 2-3-5: We give out end of week assessments. Once the students are through the ATC we use a traffic light system (green, yellow, red) to score. Failing one of these does not mean automatic release from the course. We use this system both for the students and for us to know how much they learned from the week. Two red assessment results in being released from the program.

  • Week 7: The final assessment is evaluated 50% on the students’ Full Stack app using everything they learned and 50% soft skill interview/assessment.

To receive a Full Stack Web Developer certificate, students must successfully graduate from the Full-Stack Web Development Academy. Students must:

  • Pass the ATC week

  • Pass the assessments conducted at the end of week 2,3,5

  • Attend the soft skill workshop in week 4

  • Pass the final assessment in week 7 where 50% of the evaluation is the Full Stack app they created and 50% is a soft-skill interview assessment

  • Successfully complete the portfolio project at the end of the course

  • Attend the CA program at the end of the course

Cyber Security Academy

To receive a Cyber Security Academy certificate, students must

  • Have an attendance rate of at least 80% which means you must attend at least 20 out of 24 classes

  • Score a minimum score of 60% in at least 2 out of a total of 3 tests

  • Demonstrate active participation and engagement throughout the designated course period

Please note: Students who drop out at any point do not receive any certificates in all courses.

Students who are also released at any point during the course will also NOT receive any certificates. However, they will be given an opportunity to re-do the test/course on a situational basis.

One-week Bootcamps

In these week-long courses, students receive the same assessment as in the week of the Full-Stack Web Development Academy: Javascript - Week 1, React - Week 2, Backend - Week 3. In order to receive a certificate, students must attend the entire week of classes and pass the assessment.

Bootcamp Certificates:

Students who complete a One-week Bootcamp receive the certificate of completion in: Javascript, React, or Backend.
