This is covered in detail in your student contract.

But in a nutshell, in both cases, you are responsible for continuing the tuition fee payments and/or securing employment with a new company that will take over the payments.

Each company you work for and agrees to pay your tuition fee will only have to pay for the months you are their employee.

If a company decides to pay the tuition fee in full instead of monthly instalments, then this arrangement and the implications of quitting/getting fired will be clearly and thoroughly specified in your employment contract.
